Happy Friday everyone! I’m so glad it’s February 1st so I can go grocery shopping and stock up! Par-tay!
I was going to include my Jan. goals review/Feb. goals, but I didn’t want this blog to get annoying and “listy,” so I’ll do an extra blog this weekend…because I know you are dying to hear how my goals went and what I’m up to next month (crickets crickets crickets).
Week in Review
- I’m so excited to be paired up with Kathleen at Frugal Portland (my mentor) for the program Bloggers Helping Bloggers. I’ve already inundated her with a million questions regarding my own blog.
-I must have sent some bad dog poop karma out into the universe, because I finally told my landlord my neighbors in my complex are not cleaning up after their dogs on our shared lawn, then today I went for a beach run and when I finished I stepped (barefoot) into a big pile of mushy poo. I nearly threw up. Thankfully there was a shower nearby. blech! gross!
-Had my first PT appointment today which felt almost like a massage. Can’t really say I felt in less pain or had more flexibility when I was done (still waitn’ for that cortisone shot to kick in).
-Did great with exercise this week!
-Created a new “about me” video.
-Did OK with eating. Not great, but not bad.
-Completed week 5 of the 52-week challenge.
-Work is going well!
-Finished a media kit for BATB!
-Finished my rough drafts for Glen’s collaborative e-book project.
-Finally got below 200K in Alexa. On pins and needles waiting for a Google page rank because I don’t have one yet.
All in all a super productive week!

BTW, if anyone catches Rachael vs. Guy Celebrity Cook-Off this Sunday, it’s the episode where my friend K and I got to be part of the food truck challenge. My friend even caught me on a preview for the show and sent me a screen grab. lol! PS the food was delicious!
