First, I was working on the set of a video shoot, so I was surrounded by not only yummy catered food, but an array of my favorite Trader Joe’s snacks all day!
Then there was a BBQ on Saturday, followed by a charity event on Sunday. Hello cheese! To make matters worse, the tables with the goodies always seemed to be in view from wherever I was sitting or standing, just taunting me to take a bite.
Each morning I knew I was going to be around a lot of food, I told myself that this was the day I would have complete self-control and “not eat anything bad for me.” Well, that didn’t happen.
